Test fold: Square-to-octagon rotated diagonal shift

Another variation of my recent flat shape change diagonal shift. The first version had the diagonal shift aligned so that the high and low points were edges of the square, and this one is rotated 45 degrees so the high and low points are corners. This is a proof of concept, but the math behind this is definitely generalizable to different tube shapes, different numbers of sides in the twist, etc.
